Returns:
Please call during business hours to get prior authorization before returning any items. Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways.
Items returned in damaged or severely used condition which cannot be resold as new have a 30% restocking fee. All returned items are subject to inspection for use, damage or missing parts before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned with any of these conditions.
Also, items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days.

Warranties:

Moki EZ Lock will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufacturer's warranty. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.
